Did you know stress can wreak havoc not only on your blood pressure but on your mental health, immune system, digestive system, headaches, chest pain, tinnitus or ringing in the ear, grinding teeth or clenching causing TMJ, rapid heartbeat, insomnia, and so many other symptoms, including attributing to cancer???
Try taking 10 minutes to sit down, put your feet up and take 3-5 deep, slow breaths, then breathe normally…paying attention to your inhales and exhales.
